 The
model 15 range of hardware and fastener weigh-count
machines give high output speeds - accurate weights/counts
and handles a wide variety of product shapes and
sizes. Rapid changeover times between different
products is ensured by minimising the number of
operator controls.
This machine was specifically designed for batch
counting the small to medium range of fastener and
hardware items. The vibratory hopper allows the
machine to handle fasteners up to 100mm in length.
The design allows for the 025 machine to be operated
manually or integrated into a fully automatic packaging
system incorporating carton erecting/closing, bagging
and carton conveying.
