The illustrated system for fastener manufacturing processes incorporates a swan neck plate link conveyor complete bulk supply hopper and vibratory feeder.

The product is received from the heading machine at ground level and elevated up to the bulk supply hopper. The product is then fed from the hopper along the vibratory feed tray into a vibratory bowl feeder. The level of product allowed into the bowl feeder is determined by a level sensor mounted above the bowl.

This system eliminates a bulk handling issue between two processes.
