Automatic loading systems are proving to be an essential loading system for both manufacturers and processors alike. Electro-plating barrels, continuous belt furnaces, packaging systems and various types of production machinery have all benefited from the controlled discharge of components from a bulk sauce.

Every system is custom built to suit the individual customer requirements and can include hoppers, vibratory feeders and weight and volumetric batching.

These units have a lifting capacity of up to 2000 kg and generally incorporate a floor level lift platform, or fork truck type lift arms. The bins are loaded into the unit via an electrically interlocked front gate.
