The system generally comprises of a hydraulic bin lifter, bulk supply hopper, secondary vibratory feed tray and a weight platform.

A bin of components is loaded into the hydraulic tipper and is discharged into the bulk supply hopper this in turn feeds the product onto the secondary vibratory feeder, the components feed through a pneumatic gate at the end of the feeder and down through a chute into the carton or bag which is set upon the weight platform. The system is controlled by a master console and a weight control indicator.
